DAMAGED/ MISSING PRODUCTS
Our team fully inspects all orders for quality and accuracy before they are shipped out. Please check your order immediately upon delivery. For items that arrive damaged, please send an email to contact@mintcloudz.com with the following information: your name, order number, and images of the damaged item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Replacements are sent out immediately based on our discretion.
Lost & Undelivered Packages
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Mint Cloudz, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the carrier in use. Mint Cloudz strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update. Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Mint Cloudz is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user.
Mint Cloudz is NOT responsible for the refund or re-shipment costs of any packages due to the following circumstances:
- Held or returned packages due to incorrect address or undeliverable.
- Shipments lost at any point in the parcel process.
- Shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process
